About the Role:

We’re looking for a Python Developer with strong Odoo experience to design, develop, and customize business applications that drive real operational impact. You’ll work on end-to-end ERP implementations, module customization, and system integrations to streamline business workflows

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python and XML.

Integrate third-party APIs and external systems with Odoo.

Implement new features and resolve functional and technical issues.

Create custom reports using QWeb and other reporting tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, design, operations) to deliver complete solutions.

Optimize existing Odoo modules for performance and scalability.

Deploy and maintain Odoo environments on cloud or on-prem servers.

Conduct technical documentation and user training when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python (core and OOP concepts).

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above).

Experience in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS.

Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and backend logic.

Experience integrating Odoo with other applications (REST, SOAP, JSON).

Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control, and Odoo deployment processes.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):

Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, or AWS deployment.

Contribution to Odoo community or marketplace modules.

Understanding of accounting or manufacturing workflows.

Experience with custom module migration between Odoo versions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
