About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, aggressive, and strategic B2B sales professional who can close international clients for our SEO and Odoo ERP services. This is not a passive role — you’ll be hunting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with decision-makers across global markets (Middle East, Singapore, Europe, and the US).
Your job: convert conversations into contracts and build long-term client relationships that deliver recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue international clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking.
Pitch SEO growth solutions and Odoo ERP implementations tailored to each client’s business model.
Understand client pain points, translate them into technical and marketing requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for solution design.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations that focus on ROI and measurable business outcomes.
Drive the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — with minimal supervision.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools; track performance and conversion ratios.
Negotiate pricing and contracts aligned with profitability and long-term growth.
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on SEO trends, ERP technologies, and competitors to keep your sales pitch sharp and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in international B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, ERP, or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and/or ERP software (Odoo preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confident in handling client calls, demos, and negotiations with CXOs and founders.
Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold outreach tools).
Results-driven mindset — must be comfortable with sales targets and accountability.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):
Prior experience selling SEO retainers or ERP projects.
Exposure to international markets like GCC, Singapore, or North America.
Understanding of Odoo workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) and how to position them as business solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
Compensation:
Base salary + high-performance incentives (no cap on commissions).
